The governorate of Sfax saw four more domestic infections, bringing the number of positive cases in the region to five.
These cases were discovered following tests carried out on 42 people suspected of having contracted the virus after having been in contact with a local COVID19 patient also infected by a recent returnee from Italy, director of preventive health in Sfax Mohamed Makhlouf told TAP agency.
The four patients, who are relatives, will be placed in the COVID-19 unit of Hedi Chaker Hospital, he said
