Under the framework of following up the transfer case of radio “Shems Fm”, the Council of the Independent High Authority of Audiovisual Communication (HAICA) received a delegation of the group al Karama Holding accompanied by an investor.
The participants examined the probability of selling public stakes in the capital of the company “Tunisia Broadcasting” which controls “Shems FM”.
Among the issues discussed, the proposed investment and the means to protect the editorial line of the radio as well as the protection of jobs.
HAICA has likewise stressed the importance to find solutions to the difficult radio situation in a transparent manner.
