Local infection with COVID-19 is on the rise after reporting three new cases.

Speaking to Tunisie Numérique, Director of the emergency department at CHU Farhat Hached Zied Mezgar said that the infections belong to a resident doctor and a woman who came from Sousse to visit her daughter. She tested positive after showing symptoms of the virus, She headed to the emergency after feeling sick.

The third case belongs to a man born in 1985 form Sousse, he added.
