The official spokesperson of the Administrative Tribunal, Imed Ghabri confirmed on Monday, February 8, 2021, that the administrative justice officially received a formal correspondence from the presidency of the government for a consultation on the statutory problem which emerges currently around the taking of the oath of the eleven new ministers appointed in the cabinet reshuffle which got the vote of confidence.
Speaking to Mosaique FM,Imed Ghabri clarified that the consultative chambers will review this legal problem and will give their judgment on it, under their consultative functions.
