UGTT Secretary General Noureddine Taboubi chaired, this Wednesday, September 6, 2023, a meeting of the executive bureau of the Trade Union Center dedicated to reviewing the situation in the country.
The trade unionists examined during this meeting, the socio-economic situation, in particular the shortage of several basic foodstuffs, the rise in inflation as well and the absence of social dialogue between the UGTT and the government, a source from the trade union told Mosaïque fm.
During his speech, Taboubi, for his part, insisted on the significance of “focusing on the independence of the central trade union”.
