Defense Minister Ibrahim Bartagi apologized during a plenary session devoted to the security situation in the country after some MPs revealed their dissatisfaction with certain terms used by the minister.
The MPs in question called Ibrahim Bartagi’s remarks about people who had come “from the interior” to participate in protests in the Sahel “unacceptable”.
