Tunisian artist Hussein Fadhlaoui yesterday fascinated the members of the jury of “The Voice Senior” broadcast on MBC channel every Wednesday evening. This show is devoted to musical talents over 60 years old.
Hussein Fadhlaoui, 71, bet on a Tunisian song “Ya Mlaktni Bnadhra” from Cheikh Afrit’s repertoire. He presented himself with the traditional dress of Tunisia and was able to impress with his voice the members of the jury composed of artists Melham Zain, Najwa Karam, Hani Chaker and Samira Said. The latter even “quarrelled” to be able to attract the Tunisian to their teams.
Hussein Fadhlaoui ended up joining Lebanese Melham Zain’s side.
