The Competition Council issued a judgment on Wednesday condemning six companies working in the brick manufacturing sector for anti-competitive practices.
These penalties worth 10.6 million dinars have been inflicted on these companies following a complaint filed by the Minister of Commerce, since 2019. Remark that the companies involved have the right to lodge an appeal with the Administrative Court.
