The defence collective of PDL leader, Abir Moussi, disclosed in a press release published today, Tuesday, January 30, 2024, that their client was notified of the decision of the dean of investigating judges, in charge of her case, to refer her to the criminal council of the court of first instance of Tunis, while maintaining her under the effect of the arrest warrant until her appearance before the court.
At the start of last October, the investigating judge issued a prison warrant against Abir Moussa, suspected of having “intentionally caused chaos on Tunisian soil, obstruction of freedom of work and data processing personal without the consent of its owner.
