The total number of Amendment Proposals on the 2020 draft Finance Bill reached 75, submitted by various parliamentary blocs the recommendations included amendments in form and content, said Chairman of the Finance Committee at the House of People’s Representatives Iyadh Elloumi in a declaration to Tunisie Numérique.
Elloumi clarified that a consensual plan of a 1% tax deduction for categories whose earning are in the range of 5000 dinars will be passed, indicating that the state’s revenue from this recommendation will be remunerated in another way by imposing a tax on companies that pay a 35 %.
He further asserted that the idea of imposing a tax of Communications companies were met by oppositions, the latter will be replaced by Reserving a specific percentage of profits.
