In a unique yet sarcastic movement, a resident in Kram brought a band to celebrate the birthday of a hole that filled a large section of the road for 30 days. He further elaborated that he will organize a concert for the accumulated garbage in the area.
Kram mayor Fathi Laâyouni hailed the peaceful protest and asked the resident to celebrate water accumulation in the holes, Laâyouni asserted that the SONEDE is responsible for the hole due to uncompleted labour.
