At the end of the urgent meeting of the Executive Office of the Regional Labor Union in Sfax, URT secretary general Youssef Aouadni disclosed that it was decided to organize a demonstration movement today from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. in front of the headquarters of the governorate.
He confirmed that the union supports all the demonstrations organized to condemn the ecological and environmental crisis in the region.
Refusing to remark on the governor’s latest statements, Aouadni called on the authorities to find an immediate solution to this problem while asserting the organization of a ministerial council dedicated to the crisis.
He likewise called Kais Saïed to visit Sfax to closely inspect the deterioration of the environmental situation.
