The new Minister of Women, Families and the Elderly Amel Moussa Belhaj is a poet, writer and university teacher at the Faculty of Letters of Manouba.
Belhaj is additionally a professor at the Institute of Press and Information Science (IPSI). Moussa additionally held the post of director of the International Festival of Carthage (FIC). She won the first prize at the 60th session of poetry “Lerici Pea” in 2014.
