Professor of general law, Saghaïer Zakraoui confirmed on the waves of private radio, that although the decision to dissolve the parliament is judicious and that it has become the request of all political parties, the fact remains that the president could not count on article 72 of the constitution for this decision, since this article, as well as the whole constitution, has been suspended for a long time.
