A 61-year-old woman was wounded by a mine in the leg, requiring her transfer to the Kasserine regional hospital for treatment, Kasserine regional health director, Abdelghani Chaabani reported.
Chaabani underlined that the injuries suffered by the woman were light and not severe.
According to preliminary data, the woman was wounded following a mine explosion while she was harvesting Halfa in Jebal Salloum.
