Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Tuesday that preserving the country’s financial stability is “vital” for “joint victory over the aggressor,” confirming that Kyiv has received the first tranche from the latest €18 billion macro-financial program.
“I’m grateful to the EU & President @vonderleyen for the strong support,” Zelensky wrote in his Twitter post.
