5.5-magnitude earthquake shakes Greece

A 5.5-magnitude earthquake was recorded in Greece near the country’s border with North Macedonia, according to the United States Geological Survey (USGS).

The tremor struck the region at a shallow depth of 13.7 kilometers, with an epicenter some 5 kilometers northwest of the town of Florina.

It remains unknown as of yet whether it resulted in any casualties or damages.
