The President of the Republic Kaïs Saïed addressed himself through the official Facebook page of the Presidency of the Republic with a letter.

The Head of State called on Tunisians to vote for the new constitution in the July 25 referendum. The letter likewise concentrated on clarifications on articles of the constitution that had sparked controversy.
