At least one person has died, and 11 others were wounded in a mass shooting in Brooklyn, New York City. Local authorities reasonably believe that at least two gunmen were implicated in the shooting. The shooting erupted at the annual Old Timers Event in the Brownsville neighbourhood.
Mayor Bill de Blasio tweeted that the shooting in east Brooklyn’s Brownsville neighbourhood “shattered a peaceful neighbourhood event.”
