Forensic tests acquit bus driver of Amdoun Bus Tragedy, announced Beja Court of First Instance official spokesman Riad Bekri.
According to Al Sabaah newspaper, the driver tested negative for alcohol or any other substances. Other tests proved that the driver wasn’t using his phone when driving.
All investigations have been sufficed after listening to all parties, including the travel agency president, witnesses, the victims and some employees in the Technical Agency of Land Transport.
The investigating judge in the case charged the travel agency president with Involuntary Manslaughter due to carelessness,negligence and Involuntary physical damage.
