Daily coronavirus infections in Tunisia reached a record high according to data from the health ministry.
Tunisia has registered 3632 coronavirus infections and 72 new deaths from the virus on January 12th the health ministry reported on Wednesday night.
Consequently, the infection tally has reached 168,568 so far, against 5415 deaths. Meanwhile, recoveries grew by 1776 to 122,775.
1805 COVID-19 patients have been hospitalised of whom 364 are in ICU and 128 under ventilators in public and private health facilities.
