TRANSTU agents suddenly proclaimed on Friday, December 27, 2019, a general strike in all regions of the capital Tunis, a move against the non-payment of their premiums. The agents asserted they would not return to work until the money is paid.
The strike resulted in a full paralysis, especially at the level of Bab Kadhra, Tunis Marine, Habib Thameur at Le Passage and La Charguia stations.
