Fifty-nine people tested positive for COVID-19 after 378 tests were carried out on samples taken from people suspected of having the virus in laboratories in Gabes, Sfax ,Djerba, Monastir and the mobile microbiology laboratory of the Military Hospital, interim Local Health Director in Gabés Yahia Hamdi announced.
