The defence committee of Nabil Karoui has started legal proceedings to appeal the decision of the indictments chamber of the Judicial and Financial Pole denying his release on bail, Mosaique FM reports.
Recall that Karoui is in jail at the disposal of a legal case concerning money laundering and tax evasion.
