According to the weekly bulletin of the INLUCC, the body received 733 complaints of overruns.
According to the same source, 380 complaints were received directly, 203 received on the toll-free number, 117 by mail, 75 by email, 20 by fax and 10 complaints received in relationship with referral to an administrative structure.
It should be remarked that these figures relate to the period from the beginning of the year until March 2021.
