MPs examined and adopted today in plenary the budget of the Independent High Authority for Elections (ISIE).
During this plenary, Farouk Bouasker, president of the ISIE, reported that the final results of the second round of elections for members of local councils will be revealed in January 2024.
The establishment of regional councils and districts is scheduled after the proclamation of these results. Farouk Bouasker also announced that the second parliamentary chamber will be installed in March 2024.
