The Committee on Rules of Procedure, Immunity, Parliamentary Laws and Electoral Laws validated today article 47 of internal procedure. The article entails the reconstitution of committees and parliament bureaus with the inauguration of each parliamentary term with the exemption of the House speaker and his two deputies.
