The Democratic Current is opposing resuming parliamentary work today, the party secretary-general Ghazi Chaouachi said on a television broadcast last night.
He said, nevertheless, that the President of the Republic should repeal Decree 117 which unites all powers in the hands of the Head of State, adding that democracy is an achievement that the Democratic Current is not ready to give up.
