In a Facebook post, Essebsi replied to caretaker prime minister Youssef Chahed who blamed the latter of being at the origin of the breakdown of Carthage 2 manifesto. He denounced the prime minister for being one of the reasons behind the deterioration of the health of late president Beji Caïd Essebsi.
