Tunisia-Hassouna Nasfi proposes that the state regulate the cultivation of cannabis

Contemplating that the use of certain soft drugs is not a crime but rather individual freedom, the president of the reform bloc  Hassouna Nasfi, announced, adding that the state should enable and even regulate the cultivation of cannabis.
He emphasised that this cultivation is legal in many countries, notably Morocco, asking the Tunisian state to consider exporting cannabis for medical or scientific purposes.
The MP, in the same perspective, evoked the legislative initiative of the bloc relating to the revision of law 52 on narcotics, intends among other things to curb the scope of application of sanctions involving deprivation of liberty for consumers, while at the same time keeping these penalties for drug dealers.
