The official, who spoke to TAP, said it is still possible to defeat the coronavirus if everyone respects health protocols and adopts barrier gestures.
She also stressed the need to prepare for all scenarios, given the increase in contamination, emphasizing the importance of protecting those at risk, especially people with chronic diseases.
In the same vein, Ben Khalil said that 9 patients with COVID-19 are currently hospitalized in intensive care units.
