The public prosecutor at the Tunis court of first instance has decided to initiate a judicial investigation against MP Fayçal Tebbini following his latest statements and posts on social media which undermines activist Bochra Belhaj Hmida.
The case was handed over to the National Guard brigade in L’Aouina, said Ms. Dalila Msaddak, member of the defense committee of Bochra Belhaj Hmida.
