900 thousand dinars have been assigned to the restoration of the Aghlabid basin in Kairouan and to the development of green spaces around this site.
The Governor of Kairouan, Mohamed Bourguiba, stated that over the past week, design offices have been selected to develop these spaces through the online purchasing system for public orders.
The governor revealed that the development work of this historical monument must be completed before the celebrations of the birthday of the Prophet Mohammed.
