Kairouan Regional Trade Director Imed Sendid confirmed to Tunisie Numérique that regional authorities raided a food storage warehouse this morning.

He stated that enormous quantities of food products that were about to be distributed illegally were seized by economic control units led by Customs units. Our speaker revealed on the same occasion the seizure of 550 litres of the subsidized vegetable oil.
