Interim Minister of Local Affairs and Environment Kamel Doukh talked yesterday with his Libyan counterpart Badreddine Toumi.
Doukh announced that Tunisia is ready to share with Libya its expertise in local taxation as well as legal and procedural matters.
The two ministers further spoke of collaboration between Tunisian and Libyan municipalities in numerous fields, including local governance.
