The prosecution ordered the detention of an executive operating in a bank branch in La Marsa-Ville. And this, following a complaint filed with the police, by the inspection of the said bank, for a hole in the cash register of 75 thousand dinars.
The inquiry immediately led to this agency executive, who admitted to having drawn from the cash register the sum of 75 thousand dinars, which he gave to a client of the agency, in three instalments, knowing that the latter had to return the full amount after two weeks and pay a “commission” to the executive in question worth five thousand dinars.
The executive in question was brought before the investigating judge to answer the charge of robbery.
