The Minister of Justice, Leila Jaffel ordered the Attorney General at the Court of Appeal of Tunis, to start legal proceedings against the Secretary-General of the Democratic Current, Ghazi Chaouachi, judicial sources told a private radio.
The latter is accused of having imputed to a public official or assimilated wrongful facts related to his functions, without establishing their veracity.
