The Ministry of Religious Affairs asked on all citizens to adhere to the health and regulatory instructions issued by the authorities in addition to taking all necessary measures to prevent the transmission and spread of the Coronavirus.
The requested preachers’ not to prolong sermons and prayers, and to reduce the time between prayer and Iqama. Worshipers also were asked to perform Wudu and bring their own prayer rug if possible.
