The regional director of commerce in Nabeul told Tunisie Numérique that the 582 inspection visits carried out since the month of Ramadan made it possible to register 163 economic violations. These are notably related to price increases, speculation and sales outside distribution channels.
He added that the 36 economic control teams mobilized managed to seize subsidized flour due to the growth in prices of bread, semolina, subsidized sugar and rice.
