Noureddine Bhiri’s defence committee revealed that the family of the frozen MP had transmitted a notice to the Minister of Health through a bailiff to make him bear the responsibility for any potential decline in his state of health because of the conditions of “ his arrest” at the Habib Bougatfa hospital.
The committee likewise clarified that Bhiri no longer profits from the necessary medical follow-up, after 45 days of a wild hunger strike.
