The prosecution at the Ben Arous court of first instance commissioned the opening of an inquiry against MPs; Mohamed Affes, Rached Khiari and Ayatollah Hichri.
The spokesperson for the deputy public prosecutor at the Ben Arous Court of First Instance, Omar Hnaien announced today that this decision comes following a complaint that was lodged by the Ministry of Education in 2020.
According to him, the prosecution ordered at that time an inquiry into the matter, which was not settled due to parliamentary immunity.
