Demonstrators today shut down the national road attaching Ennfidha to Kairouan, more specifically in Caied Essebssi, in protest against the increase in prices, including the increase in public transport fares.
Decrying the poor condition of the buses, protesters expressed their opposition to increasing prices.
According to Tunisie Numérique correspondent , the demonstration caused the blockage of traffic despite the presence of security forces.
