The investigating judge of the Counter-Terrorism pole decided, on Tuesday evening, to maintain Rached Ghannouchi in a state of freedom.
Rached Ghannouchi appeared before the judge today, accompanied by more than fifteen attorneys including Zeineb Brahmi, Nejib Chebbi, Noureddine Bhiri, Ridha Belhaj, Abderrazak Kilani, Fethi Karaoud, Neji Zouari, Samir Triki and Salha Ben Aïcha.
