Women representation in the proposed cabinet is below the required level, Ennahdha will aim to solve this matter through the appointment of mayors, governors and General Secretaries, said House speaker of the house of the People’s Representatives and Ennahdha party leader Rached Ghannouchi.
Speaking at a conference for the Ennahdha party heads of regional offices in Sousse, Ghannouchi emphasised that women are a key component in the Tunisian administration.
In the same context, he pointed out that No one can form a government without Ennahdha. The Islamic party purpose was to widen the political backers,he stated. Indicating the need for unison and not division.
