On the sidelines of a demonstration organized yesterday in front of the Tunis courthouse by members of the National Salvation Front, the leader of the Democratic Current Samia Abbou sent a message to the President of the Republic Kais Saïed. “Your wife receives a wage of 4.5 thousand dinars per month and only goes to work once a month. She is by your side at the Presidential Palace. It’s called fictional employment. Is it more dangerous than the country’s monetary crisis and the woman who was filmed?” she said, referring to the dismissal of a judge for “adultery”.
