The Court of Cassation of Tunis reported, this Wednesday, March 6, the cancellation and dismissal of the case of journalist Khalifa Guessmi condemned to 5 years in prison for having published information on the dismantling of a cell terrorist in Kairouan.
According to the explanations of a magistrate, the case is returned to the initial state and Khalifa Guessmi may be left at liberty.
