In a declaration to Tunisie Numériqe, Karama Coalition Secretary-General Seif Eddine Makhlouf affirmed that he doesn’t see any issue in House speaker Rached Ghannocuhi congratulating Libya’s Fayez al-Sarraj since he embodies the civilian State in Libya while the other party repents a bloody fascist side in reference to Haftar.
He pointe out that Today plenary session will not result in any outcome , adding that parliamentary blocs have the duty of obstructing the parliament and no deputy can replace of Rashid Ghannouchi.
He asserted that no Deputy can replace Rached Ghannouchi.
