Prime Minister Hichem Mechichi, met on Monday, March 8, 2021, with Qalb MPs Tounes Jaouher Meghirbi and Fares Blel to review the case of the water pollution of the Sidi Salem dam.
Mr Mechichi decided to command the interim ministers of local affairs, the environment and of agriculture as well as the public establishments involved to provide a report on this subject within a period not surpassing 48 hours and to make bear legal responsibility to those involved in the event that their involvement in this scandal is confirmed.
