Ghazi Karoui, the business partner and brother of one of the front-runners in the presidential run-off, detained Nabil Karoui, is running for a seat in Parliament with the party heart of Tunisia “Qalb Tounes” in the Bizerte constituency
In a statement to Tunisie Numérique Mohamed Tlili Mansri, a member of the Independent High Authority for Elections (ISIE) stated that Tunisian Judiciary will have the final say in the matter.
He added that this issue involves the parliament and the judiciary, which will decide whether Ghazi Karoui will take the constitutional oath or not .
