The Interior Ministry declared that the security units on Monday found a vehicle in the canal near the national road number 9. The license plates of the vehicle show that belongs to Mahmoud Thabet father.
Divers from the Civil Protection Office were dispatched to the scene and a body was found inside the vehicle. Identification will be done later.
Rescuers are removing the vehicle from the canal, the same statement added.
